About MeGeneral InformationI am 15 years old and I am the editor of TrackaHurricane.com, any forecasts that I put on here are my own predications unless otherwise stated. I have always been interested in the weather and even my Kindergarten teachers thought that I would be a weatherman when I grow up, now I'm going into the 10th grade and I am well on my way on to becoming a Meteorologist when I finish growing up. On Tuesday, October 5th, 2004 I received Mark Sudduth's Hurricane Landfall Project Isuzu Rodeo and I am now currently restoring it for my own use, which should include intercepting hurricanes with it to gain more information on the worlds biggest system to hit shore lines. I received a bunch of weather equipment with the truck, including a laptop, a Davis Weather Monitor II, which still works after being submerged under 15 feet of Gulf of Mexico water!!!!! I also got a lightning detector, which sadly, no longer works. Thanks for visiting my website and taking the time to read through this, please come again soon. PictureParents:My parents are both former Marines, so there are always war storys going around the house :) SchoolI'm currently in the 10th grade, and I plan to go to college to get a degree in Meteorology when I get older and will hopefully work on Mark Sudduth's Hurricane Intercept Research Team (HIRT) HLP vehicle restoration projectThe restoration is a little behind schedule as the engine needs to be replaced and some of the wires need to be cleaned. Third generation hurricane research equipmentRadio NHCWXRadio NHCWX is a nice place to hang out and just talk about the weather and any hurricanes that are floating around the oceans, primarly the Atlantic. PodcastingI haven't checked out Podcasting yet, but from everything that I hear, Podcasting is the bomb. |
